Time & Attendance

Our Interflex time & attendance recording systems are convenient, extremely flexible and audit-proof. They meet the demands for mobility and are therefore not location-based.

Mobile applications and web solutions allow the precise documentation of time stamps anytime and anywhere. Employees are integrated into the process of time & attendance recording. This includes those working in the field or at different sites, for whom – so far – an investment in appropriate recording devices would have been out of proportion regarding the cost-benefit ratio. Time & attendance reduces administrative tasks in personnel departments and increases the reliability of accounting data at the same time. Our portfolio of time and attendance products includes credential readers for indoor and outdoor use, robust recording devices for production facilities, information and access terminals as well as weatherproof terminals for main entrances. CASE STUDY

HUNTAPAC PRODUCE LTD

Huntapac Produce Ltd, a fruit and vegetable supplier to major food chains across the UK, including Tesco and Morrissons, were experiencing a loss in time on manufacturing lines after staff were taking significantly longer breaks than allocated. They looked to NT Security to provide an efficient and cost effective solution. Fitting 3D Finger Biometric Readers with Interflex IF 6020 Time and Access solutions, NT was able to find a way to stop this revenue loss. The new system means employees now use biometric fingerprint readers to record their break times, meaning Huntapac is now control of any pay deductions for staff taking a longer than allocated break time. It is now estimated that Huntapac save approximately £300,000 a year thanks to the new system which resulted in a return of investment in less than six months.
